The Empowered Readers Circle (T.E.R.C.) is more than a book club — it’s a vibrant bilingual community and accountability system designed to uplift and empower Black Anglophone and Francophone youth in Ontario. Through literature, accountability groups, open dialogue, and inspiring guest speakers, we support youth in building confidence, expanding their mindset, and advancing professionally.

At T.E.R.C., transformation begins one page at a time. Behind this mission is a passionate and dedicated team of professionals with diverse backgrounds and expertise. United by a shared commitment to youth empowerment, we work hand-in-hand to guide, mentor, and support every participant on their journey toward a fulfilling, purpose-driven life.
